No job too small at BK Sheet Metal.
Small batch work, using soft tooling made predominantly for prototype bracketry work.
Double curvature panels produced using the old traditional skill of wheeling, past parts include Jaguar E Type front wings, MkII front wings, C Type body panels, 1930’s Riley front wings, rear wings and running boards.
Working on the quality of the Aston Martin DB7 in the early stages of production checking the body panels on the car for any imperfections before going to paint.
The VW Beetle project was of great interest to me, as I produced hand made panels for the ne VW Beetle in the prototype stages. I also then followed the car to Germany where my skills were used to help refine any preproduction problems. As sometimes the design of these parts would change several times.
